Legal Notice of filing for a change in water rates

Notice is hereby given that Ramsey Water Co Inc, Ramsey, Indiana, intends to increase the schedule of rates and charges for water sold by its water utility in the amount of $0.162 per 1000 gallons as a wholesale water cost tracker. The changes in schedules of rates submitted are based solely upon the change in the cost of purchased water purchased by Ramsey Water Co Inc., from the Indiana American Water Company and shall apply beginning with water bills due August 15, 2024.
