Ramsey Water is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with maintaining our facilities through part-time groundskeeping and janitorial support. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to help keep our properties clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Position Details

Schedule: Flexible part-time hours
Location: Ramsey Water facilities
Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Janitorial Duties
  • Clean and maintain Ramsey Water facilities
  • Remove trash and recycling
  • Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors
Groundskeeping Duties
  • Mow designated areas of Ramsey Water property
  • Trim and weed around buildings, fences, and other structures
  • Assist with general outdoor upkeep and seasonal property maintenance
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Dependable with strong time-management skills
  • Familiarity with mowing and trimming equipment
  • Strong attention to safety and detail

Ramsey Water is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time role supporting customer service and office operations. This position offers flexible hours and plays an important role in assisting customers and maintaining accurate records.

Position Details

Schedule:
 Varying hours during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Ramsey Water Office
Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Access and manage customer accounts
  • Create and enter work orders accurately
Administrative Support
  • Scan and organize documents to convert physical files to digital records
  • Shred outdated or archived documents
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (training provided for internal systems)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Reliable and willing to assist where needed
