Use this form to enroll in automatic monthly payments from a checking account. Payments are withdrawn on the 15th of each month. This service is free of charge. Credit and debit card payments are not eligible for ACH enrollment.
Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. All online payment types will be subject to an additional convenience fee of 2.5% of the amount paid. Have your account number handy. Note: Payments made via MobilePay may take several hours to post to your account.

Payment must arrive on time. To avoid late fees or interruption of service, please mail your payment well in advance of the due date specified on your bill. If uncertain, you may pay online, by phone, at our office, or sign up for Automatic Bank Draft.

You may pay your bill by phone 24/7 by calling (812) 215-8180.This option will be subject to 2.5% convenience fee based on the amount paid. Have your account number handy.
You may pay your bill in person at our office (415 Highway 64 NW, Ramsey, IN 47166). We accept cash, checks, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
